In today’s business market, where consumers are skeptical and companies can be researched in seconds, savvy companies have a heightened awareness of the importance of their online reputation. Potential customers typically use the search engines to find information about a company, and scan the first page results. There’s nothing worse than your company’s name being associated with negative results from false, inaccurate or misleading sources that rank higher than your company’s website. Potential customers will most likely take their business elsewhere.
